Well here's a new costume I pulled together for M.E.Wcon 2010. It's a Harley Quinn lol XD It was designed using both the arkham video games and the dark knight movie feel. Because I wanted to give Harley an edge but without going to over the top with it. XP Made the skirt ( Zatsune Miku's skirt lol), gloves (hand dyed, and airbrushed with different designs), mask ( puff paint, airbrush detail and some cutting), altered the top and prop.
