Construction Details:

Had to make those darn tassles myself as, for whatever reason, tassles don't come that length in red. Go figure.

I think this whole thing's made out of poplin and stretch jersey.

The headpiece needs a bit of work - couldn't figure out what was going on exactly for the life of me - but the rest of it came out pretty much how I wanted it to.
