Construction Details:

The outfit was made out of stretch poplin, one of my favorite materials. It took a lot of adjusting and sizing but after drafting out a very basic vest and skirt pattern it turned out fairly complete the first time around.

The hats were added and details placed by Adrianakaninja as I was running short on time. He also made our wands which were a two for one as they also functioned as bubble blowers!
