Construction Details:

Okay so this costume was deceptively hard. I had to paint a plain white hat blue and then paint on the detail. The shirt I created using the Yudu screen printing machine but I had an issue with the emulsion which resulted in many many failed tests before I could print a good one.

I actually made my coveralls. I even used denim thread to add all the details along the edges and along the legs so that they looked like real jeans. I even made it so that I could actually wear the overalls around if I wanted. I made buttonholes and attached actual denim buttons. All of the seams on the inside are serged. And for a final touch I embroidered Ellis' name and the logo of the mechanics garage.
