Construction Details:

One of my 5-hour wonders. Made from start to finish the night / morning before Katsucon 2010 from an altered partial bodice pattern, some paper and a lot of caffeine driven imagination. Sewing continued at con, and there is a loli skirt under all of that holding it up from Katsucon, and later a proper petticoat borrowed from Namiko.
