Construction Details:

There were three key pieces to this costume. The sakura blossoms, kimono and wigs. My partner and I worked together on the kimono, while I made the props and wigs. I'm a beginner sewer and needed all the help I could get. The sakura blossoms/sticks were made out of polymer. I could have used a different material but I was comfortable with it. It has a few cracks but is very sturdy with its aluminum armature.
