yaaay this design is cute.
I altered the white shirt. Made the vest and jacket, both of which are lined (the jacket is lined in gold!) and heavily altered. The tie is from ebay. I made the stockings.. one of them twice cuz I didn't like the size of the stripes. Somehow they still ended up being really tight lol.
The skirt.. ahaha oh boy. I made a little tiny petticoat to go on underneath of it.. and it's four separate layers. Two layers of scallops that are fully lined (black, because I didn't want to buy more fabric), and two layers of pleats. Around 4+ yards for a 12" skirt, haha!
I got a cane from a thrift store and painted and altered it for it to work..
I also made a glowing butterfly accessory with a base butterfly clip and EL wire. It can also rave :D
