About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- The dress is made from an upholstery velvet. Everything was hand made by me. Including the necklace, which was made from black and gold glass beads and I plastic casted the red gem that is in the center. Also, the hat I modified by adding a bias trim to the edge of it, a hat band, bow, and white feathers.
