Construction Details:

Basically I used a lot of left-overs from older cosplays to make this. I had bought 4m of fabric for my RCO-uniforms that proved to be too soft. Now it's my gown. :D My favourite feature of this is the make-up. I looked really old and ugly! The pants and wand are bought.

Styling Notes

Wig was some cheap, straight thing I curled with haircurlers and hot water. I put in a lot of hairwax to make it look greasy.
