Construction Details:

I bought the skirt, jacket, and thigh-hi stockings. My mom helped out with touching up the jacket with the white lining, wrist cuffs, and buttons (cuz back then I didn't know how to sew, but now I do ^^). The shoes I bought at a thrift store.
