Construction Details:: This was a fairly straightforward thing to make. I made this cape the same way I made my Prince Demando cape. Can't remember what pattern I used for the pants. I used my own pattern for the tuxedo. All of the sequins were sewn on with clear thread and a zigzag stitch.
Personal Thoughts:: What a stupid-looking costume - but I absolutely love wearing it! There's something about lame and sequins that makes me happy. I made this for Anime Vegas 2010's Silver Millennium Ball, a Sailor Moon-themed formal cosplay and dance event. We managed to put together a full group of Senshi Princesses along with Luna, Artemis and Nehelenia. Cosplaying and performing with this big, talented, GORGEOUS group was definitely one of the highlights of 2010 :).
