Construction Details:

Use thick spandex for the body suit, feathers for the back wings that are attached to her straps, model magic for her head things... yeah XDD I totally need to remake some parts to it because I was unhappy with it. Did a rush job for PMX. It still came out decent, but I can always do better! Also, my group fell through ;_; hopefully next time we can do the group? hehe.
