About this Costume

- Official Nyotalia!France! This ended up being a favorite of mine, even though I never thought I'd enjoy wearing it that much. Of course, I had the world's best group with me to make it even more fun.
The cape is made of sateen, with light twill for the jacket. The skirt was purchased, though. I just had to add a super fluffy petticoat underneath.
