Construction Details:

LOL, I seem to be going through a phase of using wrong-side-out satin lately. First Miaka's "loincloth" thing and now Venus's collar and skirt. It's kind of perfect for what I needed though. Major thanks to Shiva for helping with my skirt and showing me her ChibiMoon as an example. Also huuuuge thank-you to Sweet~Pea for heading up craft construction for tiaras and other jewelry. I've got a few updates to do before taking this to Dragon*Con, but on the whole I'm pretty pleased with how it came out. I swear, though, I am NEVER making another sailor outfit again. Next time I need one, I'm commissioning! XD

Personal Thoughts:

I believe it's every (cosplayer) girl's dream to some day participate in a full cast Sailor Moon group and I am so thankful to Shiva for pulling this together, even though we never did all quite manage to be in the same spot at the same time.

Styling Notes

I used an online tutorial to cut the bangs, but they still didn't quite come out to my liking because of how the strands are placed at the front. I might wash out the curl I took and either leave it down or try to recurl it a little more carefully.
