Construction Details:

I quickly made a basic black dress and tweeked the sweetheart neckline until it was how I liked it. I then made about 10 (?) layers of scalloped lace rufflage and stitched them onto the dress. Add a random gold button (thanks artwork?) at the top, and we are finished.

Personal Thoughts:

Mooooarrr Sheryl. I'm only hoping to make about 5+ more of her outfits. This was supposed to have a little Alto doll with it, but I ran out of time super hardcore. ;_;
