I wanted to make a sailor school uniform...so I did. That's basically the story behind the uniform. But then, I wanted to wear something comfy for a panel like thing that my work was putting on(I worked at a public library!) We were visiting another library and giving them information on how to set up an anime club, how to get anime for the library, and all that stuff. So I saw my uniform and was like "Heeey, I can do that one Shuichi outfit with the sunflower!" And bam, done. xD Plus I love wearing that wig..it's so cute!! :D
