Construction Details:

Pink shirt made from kona cotton was made from scratch using a pattern that I altered. I made the corset blue because in all the pictures I've seen it's definitely not black. I totally spaced on the fabric I used for it but I think it's a thick reyon blend and I did not use a pattern for it. The golden eagle wing is satin that has been heat and bonded on. The skirt was also made without a pattern and is a black matted satin blend with a sparkly netting underneath. The socks I had and added the ruffled with elastic. The shoes were bought at Walmart and modified with fun foam and covered with the same red satin. The crown is made from Model Magic and fun foam. I used a pattern for the bag which was made from the same pink and red fabric as the rest of the costume. Sakutaro was made from a modified pattern that I found on the internet. He's primarily flannel with the eyes and nose made from buttons.
