I like Victorian clothing. I wanted to make a Victorian outfit. I'm a nerd, so I made the outfit to wear as England. Shoot me, because Victorian pants are super fug.

Personal Thoughts:

Judy also loves Victorian clothing, so she made a dress and we wore them together. Judy does NOT like Hetalia, but we decided she could be Punk Rock Victoria from an alternate universe where Victoria had purple hair and wasn't a giant prude. WIN!
