I had the perfect fabric for the dress (shirt?) that I ended up not using for another project, and I used a dolem shirt pattern. I added in a drawstring waistband to give it the "bunchy" look, and also to keep the dress from sliding down. I also made the armbands and socks out of matching fabric.
