Construction Details:

I loved the obnoxious orange jumpsuits from the Vongola vs Varia spread back in the day! Although the outfit is now really baggy on me, it's super comfortable and fun!
The suit was purchased online. From there, I started to attack it. I wanted to combine the splash-artbook version, the anime art work, and my own interpretation. On the back, I hand drew & painted the Vongola Crest (phew). I made two patches, the anime thigh band, and then let paint throw up on it.
