Construction Details:

Constructed from an Alice in Wonderland costume pattern. Just modified the sleeves and added ruffles and shortened the length of the skirt. There is also a pair of hand-made pantaloons underneath for those windy cosplay days, and petticoats for fullness because poofy dresses are adorable.
