Made with help from StarlightHoney. First-Mate...er Sailor Pluto was always a costume I wanted to make. She was my favorite in the manga and the anime, so it seemed like the perfect time to do it.

And yes. The ball on my staff is one of those sparkly bouncy balls. Looks clear...but is full of awesome when I shake the staff. XD

(and yes. She's not a planet anymore. Which makes her awesome. Living outside the rules man!)

Styling Notes

Straightened with a brush and a hairdryer in the hotel room at Otakon. Worked like a dream for what I needed. Bun I made by pulling it back into a ponytail and then wrapped the hair around into the bun. Really easy to work with.
