Construction Details:

Made this on a whim as how some of my cosplays usually come to be. My love for old school animes will never die! Used my hair, got a spool of blue ribbon. Made the top out of red and white spandex. As well as the bathing suit. Yellow cuffs for the arms and legs is broadcloth. Then purchased some cheap white sneakers. Wore this in The Village in Manhattan next to the spinning cube!
