Construction Details:

Smocked dress was already something I've had for awhile. It was originally floor length like whoa; was shortened and I added straps and bows. I originally made a 2nd ruffle for the dress (which would make it accurate lol) but I really didn't like the way it looked when I pinned it so I just left it out. I used single fold itty bitty bias tape for the straps and bows. The wig is from Epic Cosplay in Cotton Candy Pink; I absolutely *love* this color.
