Construction Details:

This was a fun and surprisingly simple costume to make. Fun Fact, I just reused my pattern from my pink Princess Sakura costume for the top, and the skirt was literally a rectangle with the scallops on the bottom! There is a tutu underneath the skirts to hold the shape, I played around with several combinations of underskirts, petticoats and tutu, but in the end, all I really needed was the tutu! :D
