I love my gloves. They're kidskin (not childskin, you silly people) and I found them at an antique shop for $13!!! Yay, new Integra jacket. It makes me look tall..? I HATED THAT JACKET SO MUCH! Never buy Burda except for simple patterns, and even then, you can find those same patterns through Butterick or Simplicity on sale at JoAnn's . If you've got balls and money and REALLY good fabric, I'd recommend Vogue for suits. Vogue for tailored costumes, all the way. There's a lot more detail in the pattern, and that makes it look roughly 9001 times better.
