Construction Details:

The jacket was purchased at Goodwill xD The skirt I made myself, the stockings, shirt, and shoes were sitting around from other costumes. Well, not the shirt. I wear that shirt all the time xD The hair clip I found at Claire's.

That poor wig xD It went through hell at Fanime and I haven't treated and detangled it properly yet.

Personal Thoughts:

I might remake the pleated skirt with larger pleats. And I need to make her fuzzy hair bands.
