Construction Details:

The shirt was purchased and the design vectored in black and white by Iroha then colored and heat and bonded. The skirt applique was also heat and bonded and somehow I managed to get that wig into the tiniest pony tail. Boots were ones I had laying about and the Climatac was graciously lent by Iroha. And yes, that belt was totally spray painted.

Personal Thoughts:

About three seconds after landing back in LA from Sakuracon, my friends Iroha, Ichnob and I decide we didn't get enough One Piece cosplay in at Sakuracon so we had to make more right away! So we did! Happy First Year to Anime Conji.
