Construction Details:

Made from a base white leotard, which was then laced and appliqued. The rhinestones on the leotard and the boots were glued on using hot glue, and the wig was an Amphigory Vox wig that was cut and brushed out so that it frizzed well. Pink streak in the wig was colored with pink sharpie.
