Construction Details:

The black and gray houndstooth skirt was originally black and white, bought off eBay, dyed gray, and pleated and sewed at the tops of the pleats.

The red headband was a stain hairband that I painted to match the sweater.

Fan is from Kore and hand painted with the gradient and petals. It's fantastic to use to fan myself since it gets hot in the wool sweater, wool skirt, and long wig.

I used my old Homura wig for this costume, but definitely need to buy a new one.

Yellow scarf was made from kona cotton with a sewing machine.
Black tights were bought.
Black loafers were bought from Goodwill for the upgrade with white stitching around the edge, and a nice heel, and white X's were painted with white acrylic paint.

Sailor collar was made from scratch with black fabric and yellow ribbon. Modesty panel was attached with snaps, and the school symbol was handpainted. Sailor collar is permanently attached to the sweater, handsewed on.

Upgraded glasses are custom prescription free ones from Zennioptical.

Red knit sweater was bought off of Ebay after many long hours of searching for a good thick cable knit...It was big so I took in some seams. Cut the front and hemmed it, added buttonholes and bound them by hand, and sewed buttons by hand.

This is a very comfy costume, it just gets a little warm.

It took me a hell of a time to gather all the parts for this costume...
