Construction Details:

Latex/paper machete mask was hand made and painted. Face design based off of movie design. Dress was set in a tea dye for about 20 minutes to get the tan/grainy color. Once it was semi dry it was placed in an oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to get burns on the edges. Then a seam ripper was exposed to the edges of the dress to make it look a bit more older and used. Blood spatter via brushes and other various tools. Darker brown/red paints used for more texture/detail on the dress. Purchased white heels in which I took sand paper to give it a rough texture then painted them to get a rusty overused look.

Personal Thoughts:

I like being able to attempt to walk in 5inch heels through a tiny eye hole and stumbling and people just thing it's me trying to walk like a nurse.
