Construction Details:

Made of red velveteen, lined in twill and features vintage 80's shoulder pads for that MC Hammer, Demon flare, lol. Fully drafted by myself, the front with no seam and the suspenders with the back ring was interesting to figure out. All the buttons are from an antique store that had some adorable metal buttons for sale. The gold detail is heat 'n bond gold satin that is cut to go seamlessly from back to front and then the sleeves are attached to that detail. The sleeves features 4 mini mirrors each. The flats were black flats I painted red to match the lining to match the manga images (unlike the cover art which features boots randomly) The bracelets and necklace is made of beads and foamie. The "feathers" were made of some weird things I found in the floral section of Micheal's with some glue I shaped with my fingers.

Personal Thoughts:

I LOVE this costume! I put in so much effort to get all the details in because Fujishima's designs are like a crazy costume challenge O.O PS. 1AM is the best time to take photos in the mall LOLZ
