Construction Details:

I hot glued green felt and brown bias tape onto a slim headband. I used the same felt for the back of the dress. The dress is made out of yellow cotton and pink bias tape. I painted the circles onto the dress. I wore a white camisole underneath the dress to represent Victreebel's teeth. The shoes were pre-owned. I borrowed the wig from my friend Celeste Orchid.

((At Sugoicon 2010, I wore a slightly different version. I had a black wig and a green tank top)

Personal Thoughts:

First cosplay I sewed mostly by myself. Only help I really had was for the zipper.
