So I originally planned on doing Franziska YEARS ago, when all my friends were in a Phoenix Wright frenzy, and I wanted to join the party. Well, I missed the boat, so I thought I had pretty much gotten over the idea of cosplaying her entirely. Enter my boyfriend, Cliff, who is actually a lawyer. As in, that is his profession. When I suggested he cosplay Phoenix, the main character in a video game ABOUT lawyers, he was totally down for it. We found a light greyish-blue suit at a thrift store for $13, dyed it blue, and together, we cosplayed two enemy lawyers who like to make-out and shit just to mess up your fanon. ;DDD
