Construction Details:

Made of Country Classic cotton and "all that glitters" sheer from JoAnns. Modified a t-shirt pattern for the top and a 3-tier skirt pattern for the bottom. The top is lined with the same yellow fabric. Made the panties with sheer yellow glitter fabric and matching netting and lining and sewed down 4-5 rows of ruffles to add more poof-ness (by itself it looks like a mini Piñata, LOL). Did some bead work of a variety of pearls and Swarovski Elements bicone crystal beads in rose and clear AB. The bead work circumferences around all three skirt layers and on the top's bows as well as the front and back purple straps that are sewn down. Butterfly clip was from middle school when they were so popular. :) Base wig from Maple in Nippori, Tokyo Japan, and added Cosworx's teal extensions to make the pigtails/doggie flaps. Sparkly pink flats I got from the kids section at Nordstrom. Made pink swirl-glitter bows in various sizes for the back of the wig, my microphone, this skirt, and ankle straps. I did some deco on my nails to say "KiRA" in yellow glitter and purple polish. I made Ranka no Keitai plushie and he also serves as my purse.

*KIRA~!!* I absolutely love Ranka and dancing to Seikan Hikou is so much fun! Thanks to Lakari-chan and Hime-chan for being my Sheryl and Klan. And to Fallen_Magician-kun and Hime-kun for being my Luca and Alto~!! This costume is extra special to me since I debut it on my birthday at Hakone Gardens, Saratoga, CA. March 13, 2010 ^______^
