Construction Details:

My back was so sore after putting all that webbing on. Hunting for big enough lace that wasn't retarded looking was quite a feat. Modified a shirt pattern and starched the crap out of that collar. Made skirt to fit well and still leave room, but ended up getting too big as I lost weight. Sigh. Lucky make-up finds, Revlon = A+++
