Pleated boobs! So, Lauren comes home one afternoon with a huge JoAnn's bag in hand. She drops this bag of Casa fabrics in my lap and says, "Princess Neptune, biatch," and I make the :O face. The gown was made using an altered prom dress pattern; instead of attaching the bust pleats at the side seams, I extended them with some chiffon and tied them at the back. For Katsucon 2011, I finally manned-up and built the necklace. I had to buy clear beads and paint them with transparent color, then assemble the chain.
