Construction Details:

The top was a bought blouse on which I sewed the black sections; the skirt is completely hand sewn as well as the socks and necktie. I managed to make the hat before my sewing machine broke and it was the only thing I was able to get out of it.... I had ordered the wig from a seller on ebay; it was a wig styled specifically for Shannon.
