Construction Details:

The shirt itself wasn't really all that hard to make, it was sewing on all of those tedious pink onto it. Hot pants were also relatively easy since there isn't a lot of fabric there in the first place anyways, lolol. Wedges, stockings and white hair clip were all preowned.
