The grayish navy fabric is a wool and I used rodeo poplin for the apron and bonnet. The pattern I drafted myself and used rigiline to bone the apron. The wig was originally a Vampire from Amphigory. Boots were from HotTopic XDDDD Yea, I know. They were actually cheapest there!
Personal Thoughts:: In the anime, I loved what a funny closet pervert she was. When she pulled out the sniper rifles and became a badass, however, I was sold. I just had to cosplay her.
