Construction Details:

Seras wasn't too difficult, but I did have a bit of trouble getting the stuff together. The shirt I found at the Salvation army, but it was a bit too light so I had to dye it a deeper yellow. It turned out nicely. The belt was also found at the Salvo. The skirt I made myself. It was.... easy.... But sewing on the cuffs wasn't easy!! They didn't turn out so well!! I hope to fix it one day.
