Construction Details:

I found the little black straps at the top of the dress to be a challenge in this costume. I originally thought her funky shoes would give me a problem also, but they ended up being not so tough in the end thanksfully!

Personal Thoughts:

I love the anime Last Exile! Delphine is a super evil character! I chose to this young version of her, because I really thought the design was beautiful. It was only really shown for a few minutes in a flashback, but who cares! I ran around in this costume with my friend Amazonmandy who wore her Adult Delphine costume at Anime USA 2009.
