Special Variation: Water Hime (Princess

Costume Details: I rarely write descriptions, but I am quite happy with the result of this dress. Essentially much ruffling was done, probably 18 yards worth. The obi was the easiest part as there is only 4 yards of ruffling involved. :P The character in this set is a water hime searching for the gates of Beginnings. To where it all began. To reach for the severed strands in hopes to regain connection with the edge.

Personal Thoughts: How I love and hate ruffles. :P
