Cause Rainbow Brite is awesome!!! Friends and I were trying to get a Loli Rainbow Brite group together (only got Brite and Patty O'Green) and this is what came out! I super LOVE the full skirt (3 layers of ruffles!), the crinoline (TONS of tulle just fluffed and fluffed and FLUFFED) and I heart the bootcovers to death! When I first wore this I couldn't stop bouncing around and being super-giggly and energetic. WEEEE! :D
