Construction Details:

It was somewhat frustrating figuring out how to feasibly make this outfit possible to wear irl. It still is somewhat awkward, but I made it work. It's fully lined and made out of thin cotton and pleather. The cape was retarded to figure out. The brooches/patches are made from craft foam and covered with the same gold pleather. Symbols are hand-drawn with a sharpie, yup.
