Construction Details:

I have another version of this outfit which I will try to debut in Acen! Acen just emailed me about their fashion show! So I want to do the Decora fashion and I am basing it off of this outfit which I loved for EVER! I am simply showing off the base of the costume here (the shirt and skirt). But when it is spring, I am going ALL out decora on this!
