Construction Details:

Costume made by me, and the pattern for the jacket was also drafted by me. Found the fabric for $3.99/yd. Can't go wrong there. I had to paint all 13 buttons to be the right colour and the badges/ribbon bars/etc are all twill fabric painted with acrylic. I really liked the effect of the gold paint.

Personal Thoughts:

Ah, Rosiel, the slightly deranged, effeminate angel with an incestuous thing for his twin sister. Good times. New record for girliest man ever cosplayed by me. Fake nails and lipstick? Yeah! I do prefer that manga over the anime (as anyone who had read the manga will), but I always liked his purple (albeit somewhat Nazi inspired) uniform from the anime.
