Construction Details:

I was so, so determined to give this costume all the hard work and guts I had so I could finish it for Otakon, but I wouldn't have been able to unless I spent all day Saturday in my room finishing it. :c A friend offered to let me borrow her Eva school uniform to wear with what I had of Noriko, so I became a Wacky Gainax Crossover. It was fun anyway, though I intend to finish Noriko proper eventually!
