Construction Details:

The collar was made using a dog-collar as base (yeah, seriously), the blouse was stained with something deliciously strawberry~scented
Oddly enough, even tho everything was stained a week before, during the con the stains in front 'bled thru' from my body heat to the undershirt

Personal Thoughts:

When else in cosplay can you have messy hair and bad makeup? Also, the looks from "normal" non-con going people were seriously hysterical.
Like the time we went out for food few blocks away. Its February & I'm walking around in red-stained uniform with only Kawada's jacket [which is huge on me] over it...
ahhh good times, good times!
