The bracers and the forelock of hair are the costume, pay no attention to anything else.
Since I got a lot of people asking, "Is that your real hair?" here's the explanation: No, that's not my real hair, I had some extra blond wefts that I used and with a combination of hotglue, super glue, and wiring I created an attachable 'forelock'. So two wires go through the forelock and extra wiring hangs out. I stick the extra length of the wires through my normal hair and clip them down and the beret hides the clips.
